Join free activities designed to help you connect with others, learn more about managing your condition, enjoy supportive conversations and feel less alone.

This programme is for adults aged 18–65, particularly those living in:

Lewisham

Southwark

Lambeth

Croydon

Bromley

It’s completely free

There is no cost to join, thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund.
