Volunteer With Us

Volunteers are at the heart of IWP CIC. By sharing your time, skills, and compassion, you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of people affected by kidney disease.

Who Can Volunteer​

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds, including:

  • People with lived experience of CKD or ESKD

  • Family members or carers

  • Health and wellbeing practitioners (non-clinical)

  • Community organisers, facilitators, and peer supporters

  • Individuals with skills in administration, communications, fundraising, or events

How to Enrol

To express your interest in volunteering, please contact us  at Volunteers@iwpcic.org with a brief outline of your background, interests, and availability. All volunteers are supported and guided to ensure safe, inclusive, and respectful engagement.

How Your Contribution Makes a Difference

- £10 Support refreshments and materials for a small peer support or wellbeing session
- £25 Contribute to volunteer training and support materials
- £50 Help us reach more families through outreach and awareness initiatives
- £100 supports our educational programs on nutrition and budgeting.

 

Our Impact

IWP CIC is at an early stage of programme delivery and is currently establishing baseline data to support robust impact measurement. As our activities progress, we will implement ongoing monitoring and evaluation processes to evidence outcomes, inform service development, and demonstrate measurable benefit to the kidney community.
